About me

Welcome, I’m glad you’re here.
I’m Esha Mashhour, a Registered Clinical Counselor, spiritual teacher, and founder of Aligned Living Solutions. I was raised in Vancouver, BC, in a home shaped by spiritual mentorship and healing. That early exposure to the unseen layers of human experience profoundly shaped my life’s direction long before I had language for it.
Today, with a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling and over 15 years of study and practice in psychology, trauma work, and energy systems, I bridge two worlds that are often kept separate: nervous system science and spiritual law.
My work integrates evidence-based therapy with deep spiritual orientation. I draw from trauma-informed modalities, attachment theory, somatic regulation, and identity work, alongside ancient wisdom traditions that remind us who we are beneath conditioning.
At the core of everything I teach is this understanding:
Reality responds to the state you live in.
This philosophy and the years of clinical and spiritual inquiry behind it, led me to write The State You Live In, a book that lays the foundation for the deeper work I guide clients through. Many who find me through the book discover that the teachings are not abstract ideas, but embodied principles we can live from.
In my sessions and teachings, I guide individuals to:
-
Reclaim authorship over their internal state
-
Regulate and strengthen their nervous system
-
Release inherited conditioning
-
Reconnect with spiritual intelligence
-
Step into identity-level transformation
I believe healing is not about fixing what is broken, it is about remembering what has always been intact beneath survival patterns.
My approach is direct, compassionate, and deeply integrative. I hold space for both psychological precision and spiritual expansion. Together, we explore relational wounds, trauma imprints, identity structures, and the energetic patterns shaping your lived experience.
This is not surface-level work.
It is a return to orientation.
If you are here, something in you is ready.
Let’s walk that path with clarity, steadiness, and depth.
